01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing cz555 and creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the cz555 platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any part of the cz555 service.

These terms apply to all sections of the platform — casino games, live casino tables, sports betting, bingo, the VIP Club, promotions and any other feature accessible through your cz555 account. Use of any cz555 service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

02 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active cz555 account at any time. Multiple accounts opened by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses or payment methods — constitute a breach of these terms. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts may be voided and balances may be seized pending investigation.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on cz555 are processed in PKR. The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. Specific minimum deposit amounts may apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your cz555 account balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically instant. For bank transfer and Raast, processing follows standard interbank timelines.

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts. The withdrawal method must match or be consistent with the deposit method used to fund the account. cz555 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Processing times for verified accounts are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: typically within minutes of processing
• Raast / Bank Transfer: subject to receiving bank processing times
• Card withdrawals: subject to card issuer timelines

cz555 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside cz555's control.

Withdrawals are only paid to the account holder of record. Requesting a withdrawal to a third party's payment details is not permitted and will result in the withdrawal being declined.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

cz555 offers various promotional bonuses including the welcome deposit bonus, weekly reload bonus, bingo specials and seasonal event offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms which are displayed on the Promotions page and in your account at the point of opt-in.

General bonus conditions that apply across all cz555 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus credits are held separately from your real money balance and must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g. 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus total).
• Only one bonus may be active at a time on a single account. A second bonus cannot be claimed while a wagering requirement is in progress.
• Bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is completed.
• Bonuses have expiry periods — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of credit. Unused bonuses expire automatically.
• cz555 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.

VIP cashback is the only bonus type credited without a wagering requirement. It is credited directly to your real money balance every Monday for eligible VIP-tier members.

Bonus abuse — including using bonuses across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional offers through coordinated betting patterns or any other method designed to extract bonus value without normal gameplay risk — is a breach of these terms and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

05 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at cz555 covers cricket including PSL and international fixtures, football, esports and other sports as listed in the betting section. The following general rules apply:

• All bets are placed and settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• Bets are final once confirmed. cz555 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets are settled according to the specific sport rules applicable to that event type, which are available in the betting rules section of your account.
• In-play bets are subject to additional network latency considerations. cz555 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the actual event outcome has been determined where a technical delay has caused a discrepancy.
• Obvious pricing errors — such as a clearly incorrect odds display due to a technical fault — do not constitute a valid bet. cz555 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account. These limits are displayed in the betting interface.

06 Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino games — including slots, live casino table games and bingo — use certified random number generation systems or real physical equipment operated by live dealers. Game results are final once a round is completed and settled by the system.

• Disconnection during a casino game does not void a round that was already in progress. Results are determined server-side and credited or settled accordingly when the connection is restored.
• Live casino games are real-time events. Bets not placed before the dealer calls "no more bets" are not accepted for that round.
• Slots game outcomes are determined by the game's certified RNG. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• Bingo game results are based on the draw conducted within the relevant bingo room session. Tickets purchased for a session are valid only for that session and cannot be refunded or transferred.
• cz555 reserves the right to void rounds or games where a technical malfunction has produced an incorrect result. Affected players will be refunded the stake for any voided round.

07 VIP Programme

The cz555 VIP Club has five membership tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on wagering activity across eligible game types over a rolling period. The full tier progression criteria are available in the VIP section of the platform.

• VIP benefits include weekly cashback, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority processing and seasonal personalised offers.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net gaming losses over the preceding week and credited every Monday. Cashback rates vary by tier.
• VIP membership can be reviewed, adjusted or suspended if an account breaches these terms or if gaming activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a given tier.
• VIP benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cz555 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

09 Account Suspension and Closure

cz555 may suspend or close an account at any time where a breach of these terms is identified or suspected, or where required by legal or regulatory obligation. In cases of confirmed fraud or multi-accounting, balances may be forfeited in full.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Real money balances that are not subject to active bonus requirements will be returned via the registered withdrawal method upon closure. Active bonus balances are forfeited on voluntary closure.

Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. Players who have set a self-exclusion should not attempt to register a new account — doing so constitutes a breach of these terms.

10 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms
